Soft & Solution Team at the European Cloud Summit in Germany

From the kayaks on the blue waters of Kotor to the winding roads leading up to Njeguši, the Soft &amp; Solution Triathlon was never meant to be easy. The second challenge brought an 18-kilometer uphill bike ride, a true test of endurance and team strength.
Right from the first kilometers, the race was filled with emotion. Some pedaled with fast rhythm, while others fought hard at every mountain turn. But no one gave up. Every participant pushed through and reached the finish line, showing that with persistence and dedication no road is impossible.
The winners of this challenge, Denis Çerri, Malvina Kryemadhi, Mario Kapllani, Klevisa Xhika, Klinti Shkembi, and Estera Skana, stood out with their energy and commitment, setting an inspiring example for the whole team.
As Ermal Beqiri said: “This challenge showed that even when the road gets tough and feels endless, our team always finds the strength and motivation to keep going. That is the true meaning of collaboration.”
The Njeguši Bike Challenge will be remembered as one of the most demanding moments of this Triathlon so far. Every trace of fatigue turned into smiles at the finish line, transforming the day into an unforgettable memory.
This was only the second race of the Soft &amp; Solution Triathlon 2025. The blue waters of Kotor, the shining sun, and a team full of excitement set the perfect scene for the official start of Soft &amp; Solution Triathlon 2025. The Kayak Challenge was not only about who paddled the fastest. It was about courage, teamwork, and the spirit of moving forward together.
From the first stroke, the energy was high and the emotions were real. The race was tough and demanded strength, endurance, and focus all the way to the end. But no one gave up. Every participant pushed through the fatigue and made it across the finish line, showing that true success is giving your best until the very last moment.
The winners of the challenge, Marsel Shira, Enio Danushi, Bardhi Xhelili, Eleonora Beqiri, Ingrid Spahija, and Serena Aruci, showed what commitment and determination look like. Yet, for everyone who joined, the real prize was the adrenaline, the energy, and the unforgettable memories created on the water.

This year, we decided that the Soft &amp; Solution staff retreat should be more than just a simple break. We turned it into a real competition among us. From the first idea to the giant passport surprise, everything was created to bring a new kind of experience: a Triathlon filled with energy, challenges, and team spirit.
The moment of truth came when the giant passport opened and revealed the final destination of the Soft &amp; Solution Triathlon 2025: Switzerland. With that surprise, our journey officially began. A journey not measured in kilometers, but in courage, challenges, and collaboration.
On the rooftop of our offices, with applause and smiles all around, the passport became the symbol of a new adventure. Each stamp inside it stands for one of the three races where our team will compete and shine: hiking, biking, and boating.

Soft & Solution Triathlon 2025: A Passport to Challenges and Success

Tirana became the regional hub of innovation with the development of ACT NOW 2025, an event that showcased the power of technology and the vision for a digital Albania. The conference, organized by the Albanian Council for Technology and Innovation (ACTI), brought together government, business, and international partners on a single stage.
At the opening, Ermal Beqiri, founder of Soft &amp; Solution and Chairman of ACTI, alongside Minister Blendi Gonxhja and Mirlinda Karçanaj, Director of AKSHI, emphasized the role that technology plays in today’s economic development. Their words were followed by discussions with renowned international names such as Kozeta Garrett from Microsoft, Ekaterina Solovova from EBRD, Dane Hinic from IBM, and Onur Koc from Microsoft SEE, who shared their insights on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the future of innovation.
Several local companies, including Fastech, Communication Progress, One Albania, ALBICT, Helius Systems, and Synapse, participated in various panels, while discussions on public policies were led by figures like Delina Ibrahimaj, Igli Tafa, and Sokol Duma. Practical challenges also appeared in the Cyber Drill Challenge, where Alvi Skita emerged as the winner, showcasing the potential of young Albanian talent in cybersecurity.
In the evening, the award ceremony brought emotional moments. The grand prize of €50,000 was awarded to the startup InsectIntel, while youth initiatives and outstanding cybersecurity projects were also recognized. The presence of investors like Vuk Lau, Maaike Doyer, Maria Carolina Romero, Eli Zhabevska, Keo Sar, and Ardian Hoxha, moderated by Ravik Mima, proved that Albania is now firmly on the international capital map.
At this event, Soft &amp; Solution wasn’t just a spectator. We were a key player. As one of the most active companies in the Albanian digital ecosystem and a member of ACTI, we contributed to discussions that demonstrated how Albania is no longer just part of the conversation but a source of ideas and solutions that inspire the region and beyond.

Soft & Solution at the Job Fair “Work and Live Where Your Heart Is” | Athens

The Soft &amp; Solution team chose to experience a unique work adventure: for one week, a French castle became our temporary office.
This wasn’t just a change of location. It was an opportunity to see work from a new perspective, combining creativity with the inspiration that comes from history and magnificent architecture. Within the halls of the castle, our projects took on a new dimension, with collaboration and innovation stronger than ever.
Working in the historic setting of the castle brought a special atmosphere, where technology naturally blended with centuries-old heritage. Exploring Paris and Versailles gave the team fresh energy, turning art, culture, and history into new sources of inspiration. Beyond work, there were other activities that strengthened the team spirit. From chopping firewood to caring for the castle grounds, showing that collaboration doesn’t only happen inside an office. Evenings ended by the fireplace, with warm conversations, new ideas, and laughter that brought the team closer together.
This journey was a reminder that inspiration often arises when we dare to change the way we work. A new environment brings fresh energy, strengthens relationships, and creates space for ideas that naturally emerge from collaboration.
