Soft & Solution Triathlon 2025: A Passport to Challenges and Success

Soft & Solution Triathlon 2025

This year, we decided that the Soft & Solution staff retreat should be more than just a simple break. We turned it into a real competition among us. From the first idea to the giant passport surprise, everything was created to bring a new kind of experience: a Triathlon filled with energy, challenges, and team spirit.

The moment of truth came when the giant passport opened and revealed the final destination of the Soft & Solution Triathlon 2025: Switzerland. With that surprise, our journey officially began. A journey not measured in kilometers, but in courage, challenges, and collaboration.

On the rooftop of our offices, with applause and smiles all around, the passport became the symbol of a new adventure. Each stamp inside it stands for one of the three races where our team will compete and shine: hiking, biking, and boating.

“This passport represents our vision. Every challenge is a stamp on the road to growth. The Triathlon is not just a race. It is a journey that shows us success comes when we work as a team,” said Ermal Beqiri, Founder of Soft & Solution.

The Triathlon is much more than a traditional team-building activity. It is a corporate challenge that pushes endurance, teamwork, and the will to go beyond limits. Every participant walks away with stronger bonds, unforgettable memories, and new motivation. And for the team that climbs the podium as champions? A big surprise is waiting: another trip somewhere in the world.

At Soft & Solution, we believe people are the starting point of success. Our company culture is built on respect, growth, and continuous support for the team. Every activity, from trainings to events, is an investment that helps our people grow, get inspired, and feel like part of a family moving forward together. For us, the team is the strongest force behind innovation and long-term growth.

Triathlon 2025 has started. The first stamps are already in place. The only question is: who will get the final stamp of victory?
