Role Description

As part of our ongoing growth and increasing workload in contract law, administrative matters, and legal compliance, Soft & Solution Group is looking for a Legal Assistant to support the Legal Department.
The role involves legal support, document preparation, following up on legal procedures, and communication with institutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Support administrative procedures and maintain relationships with government institutions and partners.
  • Prepare official documents such as letters, authorizations, and notices.
  • Organize and maintain the legal archive and document database.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize relevant laws and regulations based on the company’s needs.
  • Assist with ensuring the company complies with applicable legal requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Law.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (in a company or law firm).
  • Solid knowledge of commercial law, contracts, and administrative procedures.
  • Strong English skills (French is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic legal research tools.
