Role Description
As part of the Soft & Solution team, the Junior Programmer will be trained to code in WLanguage and integrated into one of our development teams. The Junior Programmer will be involved in projects developed under the Scrum methodology, gaining the opportunity to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as an active member of a Scrum team, participating in daily scrums and receiving ongoing feedback on assigned sprint tasks
- Develop efficient algorithms to address product backlog requirements
- Perform unit testing of applications
Qualifications
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies
- Honesty and integrity
- Motivation to work, reliability, and professional ethics
- Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (ORACLE, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to multitask
