Role Description
Soft & Solution is seeking a Software Engineer with more than 3 years of experience, passionate about software development and eager to contribute to building high-quality, innovative applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on programming skills, proficiency in modern programming languages, and the ability to work collaboratively with development teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Implement new functionalities while adhering to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with the development team and project managers to meet technical requirements
- Identify and resolve technical issues, while optimizing performance of existing systems
- Utilize modern technologies and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
- Strong practical skills in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks such as .NET
- Experience with databases and cloud technologies is considered an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
