A New Initiative: Paid Training at Soft & Solution

At the most recent gathering with the Soft & Solution team and young professionals eager to join the company, a new and impactful idea was introduced: Paid Training. With the motto Get Paid to Get Trained, this initiative takes a fresh and practical approach to building tech talent.

Through this program, applicants will receive targeted training for their desired roles in the information technology sector. What makes this initiative stand out is that every trainee is guaranteed a minimum salary of 100,000 ALL, the same amount currently offered to entry-level employees at Soft & Solution.

The goal is clear: to give talented youth real opportunities to gain work experience in IT while being compensated fairly for their time and commitment. Participants can grow their skills, deepen their knowledge and step confidently into a career that is both meaningful and in demand.

During the discussion, it became evident that this program is more than a short-term opportunity. It reflects a long-term investment in the future of local tech talent and the overall growth of the industry.
