To take a break from daily routines and bring the team even closer together, Soft & Solution organized a team retreat in Montenegro. This getaway gave everyone a chance to step away from screens, share ideas, and come back with fresh energy.
At first, getting all six boats to move in the same direction wasn’t easy. It took focus, communication, and some patience. But as soon as everyone started working together, something clicked. The boats found their rhythm, and so did the team. That moment became a simple but powerful reminder of what happens when everyone rows toward the same goal.
The retreat wasn’t just about being outdoors. It gave us time to talk about where we’re going as a company, the challenges ahead, and how we can grow together. From conversations about our team culture to thoughts on how to handle change in the tech world, it was a space where everyone had a voice.
