The Paid Academy is not your usual internship program. It is an internal school designed to integrate students and recent graduates into real projects, making them full members of the team. Each participant is trained by industry experts, receives a monthly salary of 150,000 lek, and works on actual tasks that have an impact on Albania’s key sectors.
At the heart of this initiative lies Soft & Solution’s belief that talent is not something to be tested for a few months. It needs to be shaped, supported, and nurtured in a professional environment where skills develop quickly and where young individuals feel valued.
“We don’t see young people as temporary interns, but as the future professionals who will carry the most important projects of the country on their shoulders. That’s why we’ve decided not to offer trial internships or superficial experiences but to create a program that builds real capacity,” said the company’s leadership team during the presentation.
