The Soft & Solution team chose to experience a unique work adventure: for one week, a French castle became our temporary office.
This wasn’t just a change of location. It was an opportunity to see work from a new perspective, combining creativity with the inspiration that comes from history and magnificent architecture. Within the halls of the castle, our projects took on a new dimension, with collaboration and innovation stronger than ever.
Working in the historic setting of the castle brought a special atmosphere, where technology naturally blended with centuries-old heritage. Exploring Paris and Versailles gave the team fresh energy, turning art, culture, and history into new sources of inspiration. Beyond work, there were other activities that strengthened the team spirit. From chopping firewood to caring for the castle grounds, showing that collaboration doesn’t only happen inside an office. Evenings ended by the fireplace, with warm conversations, new ideas, and laughter that brought the team closer together.
This journey was a reminder that inspiration often arises when we dare to change the way we work. A new environment brings fresh energy, strengthens relationships, and creates space for ideas that naturally emerge from collaboration.
