Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of training and professional development plans
• Scheduling quarterly and annual performance review meetings with employees
• Updating employee records with new employment information and/or changes in employment status
• Administration of organizational data and detailed job descriptions along with salary data
• Planning employment needs and ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly
• Development and implementation of human resources policies throughout the Company
• Updating and complying with changes in labor legislation

 

Qualifications

• To have completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the Business Management profile;
• Previous work experience as a Human Resources Specialist;
• Have very good knowledge of the English language;
• Have very good knowledge of computer programs/Microsoft Office packages;
• Be communicative, methodical and organized;
• Honesty and integrity;
• Very reliable, ethical and discreet;
• Good organizational and teamwork skills.
