Job Description

Our company is seeking a motivated individual for the position of DevOps Junior to help us automate, maintain, and improve our technological infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration and maintenance of pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) – e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• Automation of deployments to test and production environments.
• Configuration and monitoring of systems like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
• Initial incident response actions when alerts occur.
• Maintenance of cloud infrastructure (Azure) or physical/virtual servers.
• Working with Docker: creating and maintaining images, using docker-compose.
• Configuration of Kubernetes or other orchestration systems.
• Writing scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for routine tasks such as backups, deployments, or log cleanup.
• Working with Git for version control and collaborating with the development team.
• Implementing security best practices and managing continuous backups.
• Documenting procedures and technical configurations.

 

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows).
• Ability to work with version control tools such as Git.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

What is considered an advantage:

• Previous experience (even limited) with programming (e.g., Python, Bash, or another language).
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, containers (Docker), or cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring systems, configuration management, or orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.).
