Soft & Solution Group is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead our security operations and drive strategic initiatives across client environments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all cybersecurity operations and policies
• Oversee risk management, incident response, and compliance efforts 
• Manage SOC teams, vulnerability assessments, and threat intelligence
• Develop and enforce security best practices and awareness programs
• Collaborate with IT, development, and executive teams to ensure a secure architecture 

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security, including leadership roles 
• Strong technical background in network security, systems, and cloud environments
• Proven experience with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+) 
• Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking 
• Fluency in English
