Job Description

Soft & Solution shpk is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to lead our development team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions and projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in software development and programming, as well as proven experience in leading teams, fostering collaboration, and driving technical excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend continuous improvements for the team.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience in software development with advanced skills in modern programming languages and platforms.
  • Proven experience in leading and/or managing software development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make accurate technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development when necessary.
