Albanian Council for Technology and Innovation (ACTI) is an Albanian organization founded in early 2025, under the vision of Ermal Beqiri, leading a transformative movement to build a strong Albanian technological identity on the global stage. Its goal is to export complete projects, moving away from the old model of “outsourced labor,” where Albanian professionals are offered as a workforce for foreign companies.

In just three months since its foundation, ACTI has created a platform that unites professionals, companies, and innovators to share knowledge and develop technological solutions with a global impact.
